• 1 pita loaf
  • 2 tbsp Smart Balance light (butter spread)
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt


    1) Preheat oven to 350 F.

    2) Cut pita along edge and seprate halves. Thinly spread 1 tbsp butter on each half. Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. (Cinnamon and sugar is also delicious!)

    3) Stack halves and cut into 8 wedges. Arrange on cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes. Makes 16 chips.
