1 lb. pulled pork or beef (or 2 cans Castleberry's BBQ Beef, 10oz.)
1 large can chicken, white meat (12.5 oz.)
2 cans diced tomatoes
(with hot peppers, if you like a little spice)
1 can whole kernel corn (no salt)
1 can creamed corn
1 can lima beans
1) Mix all ingredients in crockpot.
All ingredients are pre-cooked, so it technically only needs to be warmed through if you are in a rush, but the longer it cooks the more the flavors will blend.
Makes a lot of food! Serves 6 or more as a meal, and many more as a side.
