• 2 1/4 cup Quaker Oats (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar (lightly packed)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 3 tbsp. marshmallow fluff, softened
  • 4 tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup mix-ins of your choice


    1) Preheat oven to 325 F.

    2) Mix all of the ingredients (to soften the marshmallow fluff, microwave for 20 sec). Stir until well mixed, breaking up any clumps of brown sugar or marshmallow.

    3) Spread into 8x8 cooking dish, using the back of a spoon to press & smooth the mixture. Bake for 10 minutes.

    4) Let the pan cool enough to handle, then place in fridge until no longer warm. Cut into eight 2x4 inch bars. Wrap each bar separately with plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
