

12 York peppermint patties
1/4 cup skim milk
8 oz. tub light Cool Whip (thawed)
1 chocolate pie crust
extra Cool Whip or patties for topping (optional)

1) Unwrap peppermint patties and cut into quarters. Place in microwave-safe bowl with milk.
2) Microwave 1 minute, stir. Microwave 30 seconds and stir until candy is melted and smooth. Cool slightly.
3) Fold Cool Whip into mixture and pour into pie crust. Cover and freeze for 6-8 hours, until firm. Decorate with Cool Whip or extra patties (freeze before cutting to keep shell from cracking).

Mini pies ~
You can make mini versions of the pies with 1 York peppermint patty, 1 tsp skim milk, 4 tbsp light Cool Whip, and 1 (4") mini pie crust. Follow the above directions, reducing microwave time.
