

1 can Cream of Potato Soup
2 cups broth
(or 2 cups water, 1 bouillon cube)
1/2 lb. chicken, cut into small pieces
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup skim milk

1) Stir together all ingredients, except for milk, in a medium sized pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer.
2) After five minutes, cut open a large piece of chicken to see if it is cooked through. Remove soup from heat as soon as chicken is cooked through, stir in milk, and serve.
