

2 cups water
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 cube beef bouillon
1 can Cream of Celery (Healthy Request)
1 large potato, cut into 1/2" pieces
1 leek, quartered and sliced thinly
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

1) Mix all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
