• 6 tbsp Creamy Italian Dressing
    (or salad dressing of your choice)
  • 1 large baking potato, cut into 1" pieces
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper


    1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    2) In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with 2 tbsp. dressing. Stir to coat. Arrange potatoes in the bottom of a large baking dish and sprinkle with a few dashes of garlic powder and pepper.

    3) Repeat with green beans, and then chicken. Bake for 50 minutes. Serves 2-3.
