
1 can Cream of Potato Soup
1/2 cup skim milk
10 oz. cooked chicken, chopped (or 10oz. canned, broken apart)
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tube crescent rolls

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2) In a small baking dish, mix together the soup and milk. Stir in the chicken, broccoli, carrots, garlic, and pepper.
3) Unroll crescent roll dough. Separate the dough along the perforations into 4 rectangles (do not separate the triangles). Lay two of the rectangles over the pie filling, stretching the dough to evenly cover the top (do not over-lap).
4) Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy! Serves 2-3.
