• 1/2lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2lb. sausage
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. worcestershire


    1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2) Mix ground turkey, sausage, onion, and rice. Form into meatballs, about 20. Arrange in baking pan.

    3) Mix tomato sauce, soy sauce, and worcestershire. Pour over meatballs and cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes, or until rice is tender.
