• 10 oz. frozen spinach
  • 1 can Cream of Onion Soup
    (reduced fat & sodium)
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine

  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 6 oz. box of cornbread stuffing
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 parmesan cheese


    1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    2) In a large saucepan, place frozen spinach, half of the soup, and butter. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

    3) Meanwhile, in a large pan, brown and break apart ground turkey.

    4) Break the spinach apart with a fork, when finished, and mix in the stuffing. Spread into a large baking dish. Cover with the ground turkey.

    5) Mix 1/2 cup water into remaining soup and pour over the top of the turkey. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes. Serves 3-4.
