![]() Picky eaters might not mind the spinach in this recipe! And it's so low in calories, you can substitute the ground turkey with beef if needed without any guilt.
2) In a skillet, brown and break apart ground turkey over medium-high heat.
3) In a large microwave safe bowl, microwave the spinach on high for 3 minutes and break apart with a fork. Add the butter and half of the soup and microwave for another 2 minutes. Stir well.
4) Stir the stuffing into the spinach mixture and then spread into a 9x9 baking dish. Cover with the ground turkey.
5) Mix 1/2 cup water into remaining soup and pour over the top of the turkey. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes. Serves 3-4.
