

4 cups chicken broth (or 4 cups water, 2 bouillon cubes)
3/4 cup dried lentils
1/3 cup cooked black-eyed peas (or dried peas, soaked overnight)
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup celery
2 tbsp. carrots, chopped

1) Add all ingredients to medium pot over high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes, until all vegetables are soft.
