
Let your guests create their own Asian-style soup from a variety of ingredients!
Ginger Asian Broth ~
8 cups water
2 Tbsp. (6 cubes) chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sesame oil
Ingredient ideas ~
Cooked shrimp, peeled
Cooked chicken, chunks
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Snap peas, ends removed
Green onions, sliced
Ginger won ton strips

In a large soup pot, stir together the broth ingredients and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and keep warm. Let guests ladle the broth into their own bowls (or have some bowls ready to grab). Arrange the other ingredients in small servings bowls nearby and everyone can 'drop in' their own soup fillers. Serve with egg rolls or other Asian sides.
