It is rare that I try a recipe & don't want to change *something* right away. Most of the recipies above have been through a lot of tweaking! Here are a few gems that were aleady so wonderful they didn't need to be reworked.

  • Chicken Tetrazzini - Note that this makes a second casserole to freeze, so feel free to half the recipe.
  • Ginger Scented Pecans - Perfection! A favorite we make every Christmas.
  • Spaghetti Casserole - with cream cheese and topped with French Onions! (We also omit the bell peppers)
  • Tortellini & Spinach Bake in Creamy Lemon Sauce - I will admit to a tiny change on this one - I halve the lemon & just use juice.
