1) Preheat oven to 350 F.
2) Spray casserole dish with cooking spray and lay chicken breasts in one layer on the bottom. Cover each chicken breast with one piece of cheese.
3) In a microwave-safe bowl, mix cream of chicken, cream of onion, and white wine. Pour over chicken. Cover sauce with stuffing.
4) Use the bowl to melt the butter in the microwave. Drizzle over the stuffing & bake, uncovered, 45 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is nicely browned).
