Brown chicken in oil in a large pot. 2) Add kielbasa, onion, and green pepper. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. 3) Stir in water, bouillon, and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 4) Stir in rice and water, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add shrimp and peas, heat through and serve.
