(Adapted from a Campbell's Kitchen recipe.)

1 cup uncooked rice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lb. chicken, cut into small pieces
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
16 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
4 sliced green onions

1) Cook rice as directed on package.
2) Meanwhile, heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder, and cook until the outside is browned.
3) Add onion, soup, pineapple, mushrooms, soy sauce, and honey. Bring to a boil.
4) Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice and top with green onions. Serves 4.
